必需条件： ？ 本科毕业或2001年以前大专毕业。 ？ 5 年或以上设备维修经验，2年以上维修管理经验。 ？ 工作背景：要求曾在较规范企业工作过较长时间。 ？ 具有TPM及维修体系管理经验。 具有以下素质者优先考虑: ？ 专业：机械类、化工类以及自动化类专业。 ？ 行业：不限于化工和纺织行业，但需有动设备管理经验。 ？ 能使用电脑管理系统辅助日常管理工作。 ？ 有公用工程管理经验背景者优先。 注：此职位需兼顾维修管理及公用工程管理的工作。 职位职责： ? 按相关政策和指导方针，监管并完善部门安全性维修和预防性维修布署 ? 参照当地政府的指令，根据EPA、POE、OSHA的现状或目标值，建全维修程序 ? 根据维修工作单运作系统，完善设备日常维护工作 ? 健全设备维修计划系统 ? 健全设备预防性维修系统 ? 完善预防性维修管理系统，把状态监测运用到常规维修和设备可靠性工作中 ? 通过有效的人员筛选、员工培训、绩效督导优化组织结构，发挥下属潜能 ? 完善设备状态监测，跟进各车间设备“可正常运行时间”和“故障停机时间” ? 协助技术人员完善AR项目、设备改造、维修质量保证系统及外协维修商的工作 ? 修订部门各项预算和开支计划 ? 完善部门目标 执行其他相应职责

Responsibilities: ? Implement and reinforce company’s HS&E regulations. Set up HSE training programs to improve employees’ safety awareness; ? Be responsible to set up goals for Twist & Weave department, manage and lead T/W operations to implement business plan/budget and ?achieve department goals; ? Champion improvements in TW production system, which include -Just-In-Time/Lean Manufacturing -Employee involvement, and team work -Continuous improvement-Quality first ? Production process & production line optimization, , equipment start-up & commissioning; ? Responsible for housekeeping 5S program, maintaining clean work environment; ? Schedule and implement manpower plan;? Ensure production according to product specifications issued by the technical department; ? Implement and maintain ISO9002 and TS16949 system in responsible area; ? Seek opportunities for lean manufacturing links to improve productivity and reduce cost; ? Responsible for hiring, training and development for all personnel within the responsible area. Experience / Education: ?Bachelor degree, with major in mechanical or chemical engineering, textile Engineering is preferred ?Min. 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment. experience in fabrics or textile manufacturing industries will be a plus ?Strong communication skills ?Demonstrate strong Leadership skills ?Ability to drive for continuous improvements ?Experiences in lean improvement activities will be a plus.
